IN-BODY SCANNER day at HFR
Saturday 22 April from 7am to 4pm
We are taking bookings for our In-Body Scanner day on Saturday the 22 April.
The In-Body Scanner is a body composition analyser that breaks down each component of the body to determine skeletal muscle mass, body fat, and bone. The scan includes a detailed description of how your body is composed, this will assist in setting an individualised training program. It is an exciting new tool for use at the centre. If you would like any more information speak to Corey in the gym.
Cost: $25 for a member and $35 for a non-member.
Members who bring along a friend or family member we receive the members rate.
