Enjoy Toowoomba's own endangered dry rainforest less than 5 km from city hall. Discover some of the important and endangered plants and animals that live in this rain forest. Take part in one or more of the guided walks around and through the forest. The bird walk starts promptly at 7am. Bring your binoculars. You my even get to see the brilliant Regent Bowerbird. The plant walk strts at a more respectable9.15am. make a basket using exotic weed cats claw creeper which members of FLP are removing from the park. Limited to 10 participants. Contact Kay on 0429 424 985 to register. Nature Journaling Workshops by ecologist, artist nd writer Paula Peeters. This workshop is for young people aged between 16 and 22. Registration is essential.
