The region’s biggest annual art exhibition is on 1 to 3 September at Downlands College.
 
Featuring over 1,000 pieces priced $10 to $45,000, the Downlands Art Exhibition has something for everyone, from the home decorator to the serious collector.
 
Some of the most recognised names in Australian art will be represented – Pro Hart, Robert Dickerson, Norman Lindsay and Hugh Sawrey.
 
Celebrating 31 years, the exhibition feature artist is world renowned painter and sculptor Charlie Boyle. His Darling Downs inspired landscapes, cloudscapes and abstract paintings will be a show highlight.
 
The exhibition is open Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 September from 10am till 4pm, entry is $7.50, $5 for concessions and free for school aged students, with tickets available at the door.
