The aim of the project is to ask for donations of gifts and volunteers from the community and local businesses to be given to elderly resthome residents who are in care over the christmas period.

The gifts will then be delivered to the resthomes with help of volunteers, a week before Christmas.

With just 3 resthomes contacted so far we are already needing approx 300 gifts. Quite a feat. Some of these residents have no family at all. 

We would love to do this and visit more but this will be determined by the generosity of our community.
