As part of Toowoomba’s Sister City programs with Takatsuki in Japan, a photographic exchange program has been developed between the Toowoomba and Takatsuki Photographic Societies. This exchange provides both cities with an opportunity to share their images, skills and culture and also provides a unique opportunity for patrons of the Gallery to view photographs showcasing Takatsuki and Japan’s sights and culture.

Exhibition on display 23 February to 31 March 2019.
