Look / Imagine / See is a collaboration between artist, photographer, and story teller Michelle Wiersma and curator Sandy Pottinger. The work explores the notion that a journal of experiences can be diarised with words as well as being captured via photographs as a visual memoir. Wiersma’s images are accompanied by text that runs almost as a stream of consciousness and evoke a sense of feeling for place. Viewers are invited to share these moments of beauty and recall stories and scenes that are part of their own memories.
