The Cabarlah Markets are held on the last Sunday of the month, except December, the second Sunday. They are run by the Cabarlah Sports & Festival Committee Inc., a not-for-profit community organisation of volunteers. The markets were run by the Geham State School for many years. There is a wide range of goods for sale, including plants, produce and craft. There is easy-listening musical entertainment. A specialty coffee cafe operates as well as the popular burger outlets. There is plenty of parking and there is room for caravans and motorhomes. Some powered sites are available.
