Learn how to make your own jewellery by mixing and pouring resins into moulds and settings

Time: 9am - 4pm
Cost: $210 (incl GST) includes expert instruction, all materials and morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
Age: 16 years and over
Requirements: Please wear closed in shoes

This workshop has a maximum number of 10 participants.

On the day

Learn about the various resin types and their uses and how to continue working with resin at home.  On the day you will work with fast cure and UV resin to create and polish a bangle and at least one resin setting. Plus, you will also create an assortment of resin cabochons to use in jewellery work. You will leave the workshop with a bangle mould to continue your resin journey at home.

Meet your tutor

Anita Baills is a self taught mixed media jewellery artisan specialising in real butterfly, insect and reptile jewellery. She started making jewellery in 2009 and has since won numerous national and international design challenges. Taking inspiration from the colours and patterns in nature, Anita continues to develop new ways to create unique items with an upcycled, whimsical or nature theme.
