Join us for a gorgeous morning enjoying the Spring weather amongst the lavender.
Together we will explore the different native bees that live in our area. We’ll also investigate the materials they use to build their nests. Your children will the create their own bee hotel using a variety of natural materials to encourage native bees into their own gardens.
Windy Acres Farm owner/educator and apiarist, Alicia guide your children throughout the session. Alicia has a Bachelor of education and current blue card.
All materials provided.
Art smocks available for use.
Recommended for ages 4+, we encourage parents with younger children to stay.
**Please note careful consideration must be taken when committing and booking this class, as all your materials will be pre purchased once your ticket is purchased. In the event of illness or change of circumstances we encourage you to find a friend to replace at the workshop and let us know.
