This exhibition showcases the two volumes of Navigation atque Itinerantium Bibliotheca: Or, a Compleat Collection of Voyages and Travels: Consisting of above Four Hundred of the most Authentick Writers … (1705)

These ‘behemoths’ (one featuring an engraving of the creature called Behemoth) are the biggest books in the Lionel Lindsay Gallery and Library Collection. Pages of each volume will be turned every fortnight to reveal different marvellous engravings.
