The Crows Nest Regional Art Gallery warmly invites you to the Opening Event for our new exhibition – Adherence by Rhi Johnson.

Adherence comprises mixed media works and artist books as a visual exploration of memory, trauma and unconscious experience.

“My practice is informed by the uncomfortable, recurring and unconscious aspects of personal experience and perception. I draw on

recorded dream sequences, unlikely associations, the grey area between memory and imagination and the evolution of experience as

revised through contemplation.” Rhi Johnson

Admission is free and all are welcome to attend and meet the artist at the Opening Event on Sunday 14 January from 1.30pm.
