Internationally renowned double bassist Hiroyuki Minowa has carved a significant jazz career as bandleader, recording artist, educator and as side man to international artists including James Moody, Diane Schuur, Roland Hanna, Bucky Pizzarelli and Lee Konitz. Hiroyuki has overseen the general planning and operation of Takatsuki Jazz Street Festival – one of the greatest free music festivals in Japan.

Hiroyuki plays alongside multi award winning pianist and composer Mitsuaki Kishi plus inspiring young drummer Makoto Rikitake (a favourite of trumpeter Terumasa Hino).

The Hiroyuki Minowa Trio are  acclaimed for both their slick and approachable performances that everyone can enjoy. This will be a great event for musicians, music lovers, families and culture vultures.
