The nationally significant Lionel Lindsay Gallery and Library Collection turns 60 this year. As an entrée to the main commemorative exhibition to follow, this show presents some of the Lindsay Collection’s hidden gems. For the collection’s founder and driving force, Bill Bolton (1905-1973), the treasures that he acquired exemplify a bold national character, exude a quietly distinctive Australian charm or, despite not being self-evident Australiana, simply deserve our attention.

Join us for a Twilight Tour of this exhibition on Thursday 17 January starting at 5.30pm.

This is a free event and all are welcome | Light refreshments will be served | RSVP to the Gallery by Tuesday 15 January 2019.

Exhibition on display 12 January to 24 March 2019.
