A Cappella Ear Training with Helen Russell

These workshops will take you through the inner workings of the music you love.

Using your voice as your instrument, music specialist Helen will guide you through expressing musical information in a conscious way in order to internalise theoretical concepts – making music theory easy!

Your tone and volume are not important, your voice will allow you to reproduce what your ears can hear, helping you to increase your enjoyment and feed your passion for music.

Using her fun A cappella method and the songs you know and love, Helen will break down barriers and show you that music theory is merely the analysis of what makes successful music.

This workshop is appropriate for passionate musicians who haven’t learnt music theory. If you are an instrumentalist trained by ear, a choir member looking to understand more about the notes you’re singing or a music teacher looking to discover a new way to teach, this workshop is perfect for you!

Statement of Attendance can be issued upon request.
