Come along to a half day workshop by local horticulturalist Brian Sams to learn how to grow your own fruit and vegetables in backyard gardens, patches and pots. 

Workshops topics include

  • Plant and seed propagation
  • Seed saving
  • Creating your own mini greenhouse
  • Fertilisers

Workshops are aimed at beginners wishing to learn how to start growing their own backyard fruit and vegetables. Workshops are designed for adults, however participants 12 years and over are welcome to join in. Participants must wear enclosed shoes.

Everyone who attends a Seed to Feed workshop over 2016-17 will go into the draw to win a session with Brian Sams to boost their veggie patch!

Workshops cost $5 and bookings are essential.
