The Crows Nest Regional Art Gallery warmly invites you to visit our new exhibition – Days in the Hide: beauty is not always a reliable guide to truth by Gary Abkin.
Originally from California and now residing in Qld, Abkin is an established, internationally exhibiting visual artist working primarily with the medium of paint. He has exhibited widely throughout the United States and Australia, has won several awards, and his work is held in numerous private collections.
Through instinctive gestural and abstract scenes Abkin’s work strikes a chord in the depths of our emotions and exposes a rawness that often remains hidden.
An experience not to be missed!
The exhibition period commences on 19 October, 2016 and runs through to 20 November, 2016.
