ANZAC Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that broadly commemorates all Australian’s and New Zealander’s who served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations and the contribution and suffering for all those who have served.

Cecil Plains and surrounding residents are encouraged to participate in the Cecil Plains ANZAC Day March and Morning Service to be held at Henry Stuart Russell Park, Taylor Street Cecil Plains.

9.30am: March assembly at the old Railway site

9.45am: March commences and proceeds to the Cenotaph in Henry Stuart Russell Park. The Service will commence at 10am and conclude at 11am to be followed with light refreshments. 

 If you are feeling unwell, please remain at home

Spectators and participants are advised that social distancing rules and COVID safe measures still apply.
