The Connor Sharpe Quintet will be hosting a night of joyous Jazz, to dance to, listen to and enjoy at Toowoomba’s own Jazz Society. Music inspired by Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Joe Henderson, Cannonball Adderely and many others, will be sure to leave the audience wanting more. Band line-up including returning, Dom Machen on drums, Bede Prince on bass, and joining us will be Joe Machen on piano, Iz Wilson as our vocalist, and surprise local special guest. Connor Sharpe is an exciting emerging artist from Brisbane whose electric playfulness is expressed when performing. Born and raised in Toowoomba, Connor has had many musical influences growing up who have moulded him into the artist he is today. Performing with various bands such as Valtozash, Bad Spenny (recently released an album entitled Body Language), and many more.
