The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is hosting free information sessions about changes to residential tenancy laws coming into effect from 1 October 2022. Agents, landlords, tenants and the general community are strongly encouraged to attend.

These information sessions are a great opportunity to learn and ask questions about the key changes that will impact Queensland’s residential rental sector, which include:

• new laws about ending tenancies
• framework for renting with pets
• new repair order requirement
• and other amendments related to your obligations

Venue: City Golf Club (Presidents Room), Toowoomba

You may register for one of the three available sessions delivering the same content:

• 9.30am to 10.45am
• 12:30pm to 1:15pm
• 3:30pm to 4:45pm
