Paula Heelan’s photographic exhibition celebrates people and places in the Toowoomba region’s high country. With a simple, authentic approach, her environmental portraits of people at work include a firefighter, a chef, farmers, a vet, a farrier, a horticulturalist, artists, rodeo competitors, cordial makers, sports’ people and many more. Her powerful portraits and striking landscape images have been captured across the region’s vibrant and distinct seasons.
