Sgraffito Ceramic Plate Workshop with Heather Roy (Poulton)

Cost:   $120 Non-Memebers   /   $100 DDPC Members 

Join us on Sunday afternoon for this 2 hour workshop which introduces participants to the Sgraffito technique of decorating clay work with a slip or underglaze. You will be decorating a ready-made leather hard/dry plate and small matching gift tag.

Your tutor, Heather Roy (Poulton), has extensive experience in wheel throwing, hand building and decorating techniques. Heather has taught all ages and abilities for many years.

All workshop materials provided, including ready made Plates and Gift Tags 

Participants bring: 

• SIMPLE Botanical Designs & Inspirational design ideas
• Apron
• Water bottle
• Wear closed in shoes

Firing is optional:

• Bisque fire is an additional $10
• Glazing (clear), a further $15

Parking is available on site via the Herries Street Carpark entrance
