This workshop, delivered by Inclusive Counselling Collective, will focus on addressing the issue of bullying within the workplace. The workshop will provide practical tips to address bullying as well as discuss the underlying feelings associated with having experienced bullying.

The aim of this workshop is to:

• Explore the various forms and manifestations of workplace bullying and its impact on individuals.
• Learn how to identify signs of bullying behaviour and distinguish it from other forms of conflict or disagreement.
• Examine the psychological, emotional, and physical effects of workplace bullying on victims and bystanders.
• Gain an understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding workplace bullying, including relevant policies and procedures.
• Explore ways to support individuals who have experienced or are experiencing bullying and provide resources on where to seek further support.
