Person-centred emergency preparedness (P-CEP) – IT’S EVERYONE's BUSINESS

Service Providers for NDIS, My Aged Care, in-home care providers, respite care facilities and more. You are invited to participate in a workshop to build ideas and frameworks for assisting members of our community to make their Preparedness Plan.

Identify their strengths and support needs.

Learn about their disaster risks and their current level of preparedness.

Make a plan for how to manage their support needs in an emergency.

Communicate the plan with the people in your support network and address gaps through collaboration.

Funded under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (State and Federal Governments), this session is free to attend and will include a catered lunch.

We are asking for your input and feedback to build a program that will support your clients through the P-CEP booklet and to share their plan with you and other service providers who care for them.

When: 12:30pm – 2:30pm, Monday 27th February.

Where: Community Rooms, Toowoomba City Library.
