Children will be guided through a meditation, taking their awareness to their body, their senses and their breathing.

Led by experienced teacher Jess from Embrace Wellness, children will learn grounding and breathing techniques they can use every day.

Optional- bring a picnic rug and/or yoga mat.

Suitable for children 5 years and over.

Parents are welcome to stay and have coffee and a browse through our shop.
