Come along and join Saras to learn through doing with videos, talks from the founder of Sahaja Yoga Mediation & simple follow along exercises. Saras supports participants to develop a growth mindset through self-realisation and creating an internal calm regardless of what may be going on in ones life. Awaken your inner energy and enjoy inner silence.
