The Toowoomba Field Naturalist Club Inc., Gardens for wildlife Toowoomba Region and Costa Georgiadis are very excited to be able to share this project with you. Everyone is welcome to enter this FREE event, with prizes in each category. Images must be from this region though.
Costa forgot to mention that photography is also a category (but that probably goes without saying).
We also want to tell everyone about three events connected with the project, leading up to the project:
1. 2 x Nature Journal workshops by QLD's best Nature Journalist, Paula Peeters, to be held at Amaroo environmental Centre, Kleinton (Aug. 31st / Sept. 1st.)
2. Andrew Skeoch, world-renowned ecologist & sound recordist speaking at Highfields Library on Sept. 7th (FREE)
3. Talented young Nature Photographer, James Sparshott, leading a workshop on Nature Photography (Sept. 14th) (FREE)
We think it's a great way for everyone to become involved in welcoming in Spring to this region and we hope you do too.
