30 years of Naïve Art

As a naïve artist, Dianne Turner views the world without adult restraints. She feels a compulsion to paint her love of country and her memories of a more innocent, simpler time drives her art practice. The freedom of naïve art allows her to record visually her memories of the past and her interpretation of society's increasing need to enjoy life. She uses symbols in her work to harmoniously link the past, present and future and to convey stories across generations.
