Toowoomba will mark the anniversary with two flagraising ceremonies which are timed for 4:50am and 9:0am on Sunday Dec 3rd.
The ceremony will acknowledge in prose, poetry and song the achievements of the rebels in attaining their democratic rights and liberties against overwhelming odds, including the right to vote.
Everyone is invited to attend, especially in period costume.
