The gym staff at Highfields Fitness and Recreation Centre are hosting a blood pumping charity event to raise funds for our local LifeFlight heroes. There'll be Zumba, Aqua, Pilates, Body Balance, Boxfit, Body Step, On the Ball, Metafit, Battle of the Bands and a few mystery classes just for added excitement.

You'll need to gather a team of up to six eager participants. The idea is that at least one team member must be participating in a class at all times.

There'll be a chill-out zone for those needing a little recovery time with rollers, a masseuse and delicious smoothies. Win prizes by competing or, come as the best dressed team!

It’s going to be a fun filled day!
