Moving Connections is a 3 hour workshop where we explore connection to ourselves and others through improvised movement and sound. No dance or voice experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to engage. Georgia Shine will guide the group through warm up activities to heighten our sensory and spatial awareness, and together the group will play and create living art from the material of our lives, with live music to support the process.

This is a chance to let go of the need to 'do' anything, and uncover what magic lies waiting to come forth when we can be present and listen. If you would like to experience more integration with your body, voice, mind and emotions, heightened creativity, and if you're in need of a chance to play and be yourself in a way that is safe and supported, this workshop is for you!
