Annual aquatic shut down at Milne Bay Aquatic Centre 24 June- 11 July

Winter at MBAC means that staff are busily preparing for the annual aquatic shut down for maintenance and repairs.
At 6pm Friday 24 June the indoor pools, spa and sauna will close and pools will be drained in preparation for repairs.
This year the work being carried out is mostly for the behind the scenes operations keeping the quality of the pools in line with the Public Pool Health guidelines . To find out the work to be done head to www.tr.qld.gov.au/pools
Monday 11 July at 5:30am will see the pools, spa and sauna reopen.
All group fitness classes, gym and crèche will remain as normal.
Wet area members will have their upfront memberships extended by two weeks or their direct debits ceased for a fortnight.
