Men's Yoga has proven popular and we are keen to try and get as many men involved as possible to help improve their health and wellbeing in providing a safe space to unwind and destress. Details below:
Where: Mayhem Dance Academy, 4 Foundry Street, Toowoomba
When: Saturday April 17, 2021 from 12 noon (fortnightly classes from this date)
Please note classes will run until 26 June (future classes may continue based on current participation numbers)
