Join USQ Lecturer in Contemporary Music, Helen Russell, for this 2 hour intensive singing workshop and improve your A cappella singing.

Participants will learn how to form chords from scales and how those chords can immediately be put to use in music that is familiar to them. They will learn to pitch notes from one another and become better listeners in a performance situation.

Helen Russell, holds her BMusic from JMI and her MMusic from Griffith, with over 15 years tertiary teaching experience she is well versed in making the most of out everyone’s musical abilities. With talents in both singing and instrumental she has performed with some of Australia’s top performers.
