Zen Do Kai; Martial Arts freestyle, uses modern self defence principles with traditional values.
We are a small community in a semi-rural area and have all sorts of people train here with us. All our instructors hold a current Blue Card "Working with Children" certification.
Some of the key areas we concentrate on are:
• Self Defense for all Ages
• Kata (forms)
• Weapons (Brown belt and above)
