Join Zonta at our Luncheon with Guest Speaker Sallyanne Atkinson. Sallyanne Atkinson AO has been a leader in political and business life for over four decades. Her memoir "No Job for a Woman" takes us from Sallyanne's wartime childhood in Sri Lanka to her first jobs as a journalist and TV personality. Driven to make a difference in her community, she entered local politics and went on to become the first female Lord Mayor of Brisbane (1985 to 1991). Her inspiring story reveals how one woman defied the expectations of a generation.
