Men in Toowoomba are being urged to put their health first. On 25 February, Hand Heart Pocket the Charity of Freemasons Queensland, and the Toowoomba Freemasons, in partnership with community health non-profit CheckUP, will run a free public information session in Toowoomba as part of the ‘Men’s Health Matters’ awareness campaign.

The state-wide campaign began in September 2019 and is visiting towns all over Queensland until March this year.

The free public information session will be delivered by a healthcare provider and will cover a range of topics such as nutrition and physical activity, early detection of cancer, diabetes and heart disease, mental health and relationships.

The session will begin at 6pm on Tuesday, 25 February 2020 at the Toowoomba Masonic Centre on Neil Street. Partners are also welcome to attend.
