In September 1870 a group of Toowoomba gentlemen met and decided to form a society to promote, share and to keep alive the Scottish culture and traditions.  This Society is now know as the Toowoomba Caledonian Society and Pipe Band Inc.

The Toowoomba Caledonian Society and Pipe Band will be celebrating this milestone on Saturday 28 August 2021 at the City Golf Club in South Street Toowoomba. The doors will open at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start.

There will be entertainment by the TCS Pipe Band, Highland Dancing by our local Highland Studios, Singing Groups, Scottish verse readings plus more.

The drawing of the Major Raffle the Society has been conducting over the past six months will be drawn on stage that night with the winners being notified by phone that evening.   The prizes are 1st Toyota Corolla Sports car valued $29 000, and 2nd  is a 7 day Trip for two to Norfolk Island incluing air fares from Brisbane, accommodation, tour packages plus more.

Savoury and sweet supper bites are included and will be served along with a tea and coffee cart through the evening.  A licenced bar is available to purchase drinks, wines and spirits.
