Human Rights Day and Flag Raising Ceremony organised by the Zonta Clubs of Toowoomba to mark the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It also marks the 16 Days of Activism campaign which creates awareness to eliminate violence, especially against women and young girls and to promote the basic rights and freedoms for everyone, worldwide.
