ROSE GARDEN TOUR & ROSE DEADHEADING LESSON

Join in and help The Friends of the Queensland State Rose Garden in Newtown Park maintain the rose gardens by providing hands-on assistance with the deadheading of the roses. You will be taught the correct techniques and how to Deadhead Roses (FREE Event).

PLUS, be guided by the Friends of the Queensland State Rose Garden Members, for a stroll in the garden and discover our wide assortment of rose varieties -- 
2,000 Roses - Heritage Roses, Hybrid Tea, and Floribunda roses and learn about the amazing history of Newtown Park.
