The second Toowoomba Emergency Services Day is being planned for Saturday 7th October, 2017.
This free community event will be held at Queens Park, Cnr Margaret & Hume Streets, Toowoomba from 10.00am to 2.00pm.
This event is an opportunity to bring community members together to promote preparedness and resilience messages as well as encouraging residents to meet and talk with emergency service agencies & recovery agencies, to prepare themselves and their families for disasters and emergency events.
Those attending will be showcasing skills, services, equipment and vehicles from both emergency and relevant support agencies as well as providing community members with practical information and tips.
