As part of the 2020 Olympics, Imagine Oneworld have been creating a collection of 196 kimonos representing each competing country.  Kimono craftsman, Mr Yasunobu Yokomori, was selected to create a kimono to represent Australia and the 25 year sister city relationship between Toowoomba and Takatsuki City has been symbolised in the design.

Takatsuki City and Imagine Oneworld will showcase this remarkable kimono to the Toowoomba Region from 8-13 August at Grand Central Toowoomba.

The display will be located in the new extension of Level 1, near Woolworths and Central Health Foods.
