Toowoomba Regional Council invites you to attend the 2017 Cycling Forum - People, Places, Paradigms. Come along to this community event and hear from internationally renowned keynote speaker Gordon Price from Vancouver, Canada (via Skype).
When: Saturday 28 October 2017, 8.30am – 12.30pm
Where: Armitage Centre, Neil Street (next to the Empire Theatre)
