Come along to a free Australian Red Cross FOODcents course to learn about basic nutrition, ways to shop on a limited budget, and how to prepare tasty and healthy foods that are easy to make.
FOODcents courses are fun and social including an interactive information session followed by cooking a healthy meal and eating together. Courses involve attending a weekly sessions from 10am to 12pm over 6 weeks.
Bookings are essential.
