It encompasses all things man and is coming to Toowoomba. With barbeques, barbers, beards, musicians and distilleries the Man Date Festival will bring something new to town.

Winners of the television series Aussie BBQ Heroes, The Shank Brothers will cook up a feast for attendees, while craft breweries Stone and Croft Brewing Company will showcase a selection of brews. Victorian distillery, Starward Whisky will also be offering tastes of its award winning whiskies.

A chill-out lounge will be set up where you can wait before getting a haircut from the Born Barbers Barbership staff.

There will be a series of markets such as Beard Boutique, Bigwigs Jerky, Seatonfire Chilli Chocolate and barbecue retailers.

Women and children are very welcome.

There will be a Beard and Stache competition with more than $1000 in prizes and trophies.
