Decades of experience and knowledge are behind the creation of a brand new event for Toowoomba, The 2016 Queensland Beef Expo, an event that will be staged at one of Queensland’s premier venues, the Toowoomba Showgrounds, which is the home base for the Royal Agricultural Society of Queensland.

The event has been created and will be managed by one of Australia’s leading special event management companies, Australian Events which also has it’s base in Toowoomba, only a few kilometres from the venue. The event Director is Bob Carroll, who has over thirty years experience in staging and managing events and festivals. Bob was the key to resurrecting Farmfest when it collapsed and also worked with Fieldfest in Rockhampton and Farmnorth in Cairns, so he is no stranger to events that service the farming and livestock industries.

Key supporters of the event include Elders and Landmark, who will work cooperatively with the RASQ to develop the 2016 Spring Classic All Breeds Sale. To have stock and station agents of this caliber involved in the event underlines the strength of the theme and the potential that exists for the region.
