Freedom Stories  is a film that explores the achievements of former ‘boat people’ who arrived from the Middle-East around in 2001 - the year of the Tampa and of "Children overboard".  These refugees have shown astonishing resilience in surviving detention, then building new lives here.  Theirs are remarkable and moving stories.
