Scanlines is a major national survey exhibition from dLux MediaArts and is the first of its kind: a comprehensive group exhibition with an education focus that surveys the heritage of new media art in Australia since the 1980’s. Go behind the scenes! A groundbreaking interactive exhibition design puts history at your fingertips: access video interviews with the artists and studio tours from the comfort of the gallery. The Scanlines exhibition is an exciting journey through time and includes rare early works and well-known favourites by our best-known Australian contemporary artists including

KURT BRERETON, LEON CMIELEWSKI, DANIEL CROOKS, DANIEL MUDIE CUNNINGHAM, STEPHEN FEARNLEY, STEPHEN HARROP, SUE HEALEY, SODA_JERK, JANET MEREWETHER, KATE RICHARDS, KATHY SMITH, JOSEPHINE STARRS, MARK TITMARSH, JOHN TONKIN.

This exhibition is interactive and has a strong focus on education. Schools are encouraged to book guided tours for students. [Scanlines] has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, its arts funding and advisory body.

[Scanlines] will be on display from Saturday 16 July until Sunday 21 August 2016.
