An annual photographic exchange, which has become part of Toowoomba’s Sister City programs with Takatsuki, fostering a cultural and artistic dialogue that has deepened the relationship between the two cities. In celebration of the 25^th anniversary of the Sister City relationship, the exhibition was extended to also include a Sister City Photographic Competition themed Living in Harmony, which residents of the Toowoomba Region and Takatsuki City were invited to participate.
