At 9.15am - 10am in the extra warm hydrotherapy pool we are holding a specially designed aqua class for expecting mums and mums with bubs from 4mths to 2yrs. This will be a fun and relaxed low impact workout that can strengthen and tone for the delivery of bub or for you to enjoy bonding time with your young child.
