Barbara Walker is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Wagga Wagga, NSW; who practises and teaches traditional coiling weaving [Wadya waybarra]. Being able to share weaving techniques, for many different applications, with all who are wanting to learn, brings her satisfaction.

Join Aunty Barb for a weaving workshop with natural materials on Wednesday 11 January 2023 from 10:30am – 12:30pm.
This workshop is for young people ages 9 – 12.

All materials supplied | Cost $11 / participant

Places are limited and bookings are essential | Phone 131 872 to book your child’s place | Children must be accompanied by a guardian

These workshops are held in conjunction with the exhibition All In! Artists of the Toowoomba Region on display at the Gallery from Saturday 10 December – Sunday 22 January 2023
